5.9.3. Temperature and thermal dose
When pressing the Start Sonication button, the Sonalleve application scans a few reference
images before starting the actual sonication. As the sonication starts, the calculated temperature
and thermal dose are shown as overlays. Temperature and thermal dose are best shown
simultaneously if the thermal dose contour overlay is used.

The dose contours and the dose map correspond to the selected item. To see the dose from a
sonicated treatment cell, select the cell.
To see the cumulative dose of all the sonicated cells in a treatment cell cluster, select the cluster.
When several sonications have been done, the cumulative dose calculation might take some time.
