5.7.1. Basic viewing tools

The following tool buttons are hidden by default. To add these tool buttons to the toolbar, select
them in the Tools → Toolbar Options menu.

Function/Use
Used for Zooming in/out on an image. Can also be activated by mouse
right + left/scroll buttons. Right clicking the button gives you an option to
cancel any modifications.
Used for viewing an area of (a zoomed) image. Can also be activated
by mouse left + scroll button. Right clicking gives you an option to
cancel any modifications.
Used for browsing the slices of an image. To browse, activate the
browse button and left click and drag or scroll on an image. Right
clicking gives you an option to cancel any modifications.
Automatically finds the location you click on the other two image
orientations. Reduces the need for browsing the slices.
Used for adjusting the brightness and contrast of the images. Left-click
and drag left to see a narrower range of intensity levels, right to see a
wider range of intensity levels, up to darken the image or down to
lighten the image. Right-clicking gives you an option to cancel any
modifications.
Used for measuring, for example, the size of or the distance between
objects. Left-click and drag to measure.
Used for viewing a timeline of the image.
Function/Use
Used for viewing the heating along a line instead of in a treatment cell. Only
available in the Analysis tab of the Therapy stage. Drawing a line on top of
the image defines the line, the heating along which is displayed in the
Temperature Curve window of the Analysis tab.
Pixel Info allows you to see the coordinates, the maximum temperature and
the heating dose for a selected pixel on a temperature map. This allows for
detailed analysis of the sonication results
