Note: Perform process calibration only if:
• the sample concentration is close to the desired process value
(stable value)
• you are sure that the reagents are mixed completely and
correctly
• if the difference to the manual measurement is significant
• keep in mind the accuracy of your manual measurement
A process calibration is only possible with a process value higher
than 10 ppb ozone. Please note that due to the low stability of the
ozone, a process calibration with an elevated concentration is pre-
ferred.
Use CHEMATEST (or equivalent photometer) to determine the sam-
ple disinfectant concentration. Determine the sample disinfectant
value by 3 manual DPD measurements. Calculate the average val-
ue. Compare this value to the value indicated by the AMI.
