1. Servo amplifier fault.
<Check method>
The alarm does not occur when the operation is
checked on the servo motor alone, disconnected
from the machine. (Check the operation by
restoring to the initial gain.)
2. The servo system is unstable and causing hunting
or resonance.

Servo amplifier's output terminals U, V, and W do
not match servo motor's input terminals U, V, and
W.
5. Encoder fault.
<Check method>
When the servo motor shaft is rotated with the
servo-off, the cumulative feedback pulses do not
vary in proportion to the rotation angle of the shaft.
Or error such as deviation in position within one-
revolution at a stop.
6. Wire breakage of power supply cable.
7. Servo motor fault.
