Note that if the selected genlock reference disappears or is not valid, the card will
lock to incoming video or free-run. (See Section 7.28.1.2)

Genlock Terminator
The genlock terminator control allows for software selectable 75 Ohm or HI-Z termination on the reference
input. When this control is set to disable, the module will setup the reference termination to Hi-Z. When
this is set to enable, the module will setup the reference termination for 75 Ohm.

Global Status

6.2.2.1.
Genlock Standard Status
The Genlock Standard reports if a valid video reference has been supplied to the selected reference input
and indicates the standard that is detected when a valid reference is applied.

6.2.3. Global Genlock Traps

To enable a specific Fault trap, click the small box beside the relevant fault and ensure that a check mark
appears in the box. To disable a specific Fault trap, click the small box beside the relevant fault and
ensure that a check mark does not appear in the box.

6.2.4. Auto Reference Fail-over

6.2.4.1.
Auto Reference Fail-Over Enable Parameter
The Auto Reference Fail Over Enable is used to set a Priority Genlock sequence. When enabled the
module will automatically fail-over to the next priority reference input selected in the reference priority
controls.
When Prioritized Reference Fail Over is Enabled, the following controls are enabled.
