REFERENCE CONTROL TAB

The Genlock control tab is used to configure which reference input connector is configured as an input
(for Genlock) and to define the source of Genlock for the module. There is also the ability for the user to
select if the input reference is 75 ohm or Hi-Z. Auto Reference fail-over can also be configured on the
Tab.

Genlock Control

6.2.1.1. Genlock Source
The VLPRO interface for the Genlock Source control appears as follows:
The control values for the Genlock Source control have the following meanings
When Card Ref is selected, the module will lock to the external reference signal applied to
Card Ref
the module's rear panel.
When Frame 1 is selected, the module will lock to the external reference applied to the
Frame 1
7800 frame REF 1 input.
When Frame 2 is selected, the module will lock to the external reference applied to the
Frame 2
