    7800 MultiFrame Manual 7800FC VistaLINK Frame Controller ® OVERVIEW The 7800FC VistaLINK® Frame Controller card provides a single point of access to communicate with VistaLINK -capable modules. The 7800FC VistaLINK Frame Controller provides a 10BASE-T/100BASE- ® ® TX/1000BASE-TX Ethernet port and communication is facilitated using Simple Network Management Protocol (SNMP).

DOT-MATRIX DISPLAY Additional signal status monitoring of the card’s parameters is provided via the 4-character alphanumeric status display located on the card edge. When the card is initially inserted, it will display the message BOOT and then the message EXEC. This indicates that the 7800FC is running through its bootup sequence and executing the application code.
