Replace the Door Stop

1. Turn the unit off and disconnect from the power source.
2. Pull the door of the shaker fully open.
3. At the bottom of the door stop, where it attaches to the door bracket,
is a retaining clip which must be removed (Figure 4-2).

4. Using needlenose pliers, rotate the retaining clip outward, then pull
the clip out (Figure 4-3).
5. Locate the retaining clip at the top of the door stop. Rotate the clip
away from the stop and remove.
6. Remove the door stop from the balls on each mounting bracket, top
and bottom (Figure 4-4). Discard the damper inside the assembly (see
assembly drawing 440-200-5 toward the end of the English manual).
7. Fit the new damper into the assembly, as previously.
8. Install the new door stop as it was removed. Make sure each retaining
clip is installed so that the tip of the clip is showing at the bottom of
the door stop (Figure 4-5).
