Vacuum generation

 Vacuuming through to evaporation
 Vacuuming through to the setpoint
 Vacuuming in steps through to the setpoint
 Standby vacuuming
 Preventilation (Soft air) : Has a gentle effect on products and bags, prevents creases forming.
 Intermediate ventilation: Prevents steam bubbles forming in the case of moist products.

Sealing technology

Separate double hot-wire sealing to trim off bag off-cuts.
3.2.5

Inert gas connection

There is only an inert gas connection on the VC999 K12N and VC999 K12NA machines.
The connection at the input valve for the tube measures øi 7 mm.
The requisite gas pressure is approx. 2 bar.
NOTICE
In line with international regulations, high-pressure gases may only be fed via a reducer valve !
