Belt Tensioner Removal (continued)
Mower Deck: Service and Repairs
3. Remove the deck drive belt from the mower deck.
4. Remove the (3/8-16 inch) nut securing the idler pulley to the idler arm.

5. Remove the idler belt guide, washer, idler pulley, idler bushing, and screw
(0.375-16 x 2.5 inch) from the idler arm.
Note: Take note of the position of the belt guide next to the idler arm.

6. Remove the (5/16-18 inch) flange nut and (3/8-16 x 1.750 inch) screw
securing the end of the idler arm to the mower deck.
