In Fax/Tel Mode, the MultiPASS C50 monitors all incoming calls to see whether
the call is from another fax machine or from a telephone:

Choose between:
Receive (factory default setting) and Disconnect
RECEIVE
(Factory default setting)
Fax
Sending document manually
FAX TONE detected
Fax
Sending documents
automatically
Document received
automatically.
(FAX TONE is detected and
the MultiPASS C50
switches to receive mode.)
Pick up the handset to
talk.
DISCONNECT
MultiPASS C50 disconnects
the call.
