Problem
The MultiPASS C50 cannot
receive faxes automatically

Troubleshooting
Possible cause
The MultiPASS C50 may not
be set to receive faxes
automatically.
The MultiPASS C50 may have
a document in memory,
leaving little or no memory
available.
An error may have occurred
during reception.
The sheet feeder may be
empty.
The telephone line may not
be connected properly.
Solution
For the MultiPASS C50 to
receive faxes automatically, it
must be in FaxOnly, AnsMode,
or FaxTel mode. See page 5-2.
Print out any documents stored
in memory. See page 5-12.
Check the LCD display for an
error message. See page 8-30 for
a listing of the MultiPASS C50's
error messages.
Make sure the sheet feeder has
paper in it.
Make sure all phone line
connections are secure.
