Problem
Envelopes will not feed

Possible cause
The envelopes may not be
loaded correctly.
The correct envelope size may
not be selected in your printer
driver.
The envelopes may not meet
the MultiPASS C50's
specifications.
Solution
Make sure the envelopes are
loaded properly. See page 7-2.
Make sure there are no more
than 10 envelopes in the sheet
feeder.
Make sure you select the correct
envelope size in the Paper
Setting dialog box on your PC.

Envelopes must be European DL
(220 × 110mm) or U.S.
Commercial No. 10 (9.5 × 4.1
in.).
