If a call is made for a service appointment via
the service reminder, the following data may be
transmitted:
Current mileage and maintenance data

Transfer is possible assuming the required
data transfer technology is supported by the
mobile service operator and the quality of
the mobile connection is sufficient.
If accident and breakdown management is called
via the voice control system and no service has
been activated, but the data protection query
has been confirmed, the following data can also
be called up from the vehicle by the Mercedes-
Benz Customer Centre:
