Using the 12 V socket in the front centre
console
Requirements:
Only devices up to a maximum of 180 W

(15 A) are permissible.
Lift up socket cap 1.

Insert the plug of the device.

If you have connected a device to the 12 V
socket, leave the cover of the stowage compart‐
ment open.
Using the 12 V socket in the rear passenger
compartment
Requirements:
Only connect devices up to a maximum of

180 W (15 A).

Using the 230 V socket in the rear passenger
compartment
& DANGER Risk of fatal injury due to dam‐
aged connecting cables or sockets
When a suitable device is connected, the
230 V power socket will be carrying a high
voltage. You could receive an electric shock
if the connecting cable or the 230 V power
socket is pulled out of the trim or is damaged
or wet.
Use only connecting cables that are dry
#
and free of damage.
When the ignition is switched off, make
#
sure that the 230 V power socket is dry.
Immediately have the 230 V power
#
socket checked or replaced at a quali‐
fied specialised workshop if it is dam‐
aged or has been pulled out of the trim.
Never plug the connecting cable into a
#
230 V power socket that is damaged or
has been pulled out of the trim.
