This instrument is intended for use by persons having a basic knowledge of chemical analysis

Please read this instruction manual carefully before attempting operation and acquaint yourself with
the Series 200a FL detector for its correct use.
The liquid chromatograph system comprises a pump unit for delivering eluents, a sample
introduction unit for injecting samples (autosampler, manual injector), a column unit for separating
components of each sample, a column oven unit for maintaining the column at a constant
temperature, and a detector unit for detecting separated sample components as electric signals.
Before using the liquid chromatograph system, read carefully the instruction manual accompanying
each of these units so that you can carry out analysis properly.
