Transport Lock

NOTE
20" Transport Lock is standard. 9" Transport Lock is used
only when transporting on a trailer. See Pages 3-8 and 3-9.
Field to Road
1. Fold Wings completely and raise the machine fully.
Wing Cylinders retracted and Lift Cylinder extended.
2. Remove the stored 20" Transport Lock, 1/2 x 4-1/2
Clevis Pin and Hair Pin Cotter. See Figure 3-6.
3. Place the Transport Lock over the exposed Lift
Cylinder Rod. Secure with 1/2 x 4-1/2 Clevis Pin and
Hair Pin Cotter. See Figure 3-7.

Road to Field
1. Raise the machine fully. Wings should be folded.
2. Remove Lift Cylinder 20" Transport Lock, Hair Pin
Cotter and 1/2 x 4-1/2 Clevis Pin from Cylinder rod.
See Figure 3-7.
3. Store Transport Lock on the rear frame tube channel.
Secure with 1/2 x 4-1/2 Clevis Pin and Hair Pin Cotter.
See Figure 3-6.
4. Unfold Wings and Lower Pulverizer to the ground.
