    ASSEMBLY Frame and Transport Axle Assembly 1. Select a smooth, level area that can be reached by a hoist or lift truck. 2. Place the Center Frame on supports, approximately 36 inches high and rated for 2,000 lbs. or higher. NOTE The Plastic Bearing Inserts are maintenance free and require no grease.

    ASSEMBLY Install Center Roller Assembly into Center Frame 1. Roller Assemblies are pre-assembled from the factory with stub shafts, bearings, shims, and retaining washers. 2. Loosen the 1-8 Bolt on each end of the Roller Assembly approximately 4 turns. 3. With the Bearing Grease Fitting facing towards the rear of the machine, slide the Trunnion Bearing Mounts onto the Trunnion Bearings and lift the Roller Assembly up to the Center Frame Bearing Hangers.
