Wing Hinge Roller is not in the correct
position
Connections loose
Bulbs burned out
Power supply absent
Light module failure
External hydraulic leak
Not enough tractor hydraulic pressure
Internal hydraulic cylinder leakage
Note: Does the cylinder get warm with
rod completely extended or retracted
and the hydraulic circuit still activated?
Heat indicates leakage
Too much hydraulic fluid flow is too
great, pressure increases and rockshaft
hydraulic cylinder becomes activated
Transport axle hydraulic cylinder isn't
fully retracted
External hydraulic leak
Air in hydraulic circuit
Internal hydraulic cylinder leakage
Note: Does the cylinder get warm with
rod completely extended or retracted
and the hydraulic circuit still activated?
Heat indicates internal leakage
Tractor valve does not hold pressure
Top Link not adjusted properly

SOLUTION
Adjust turnbuckle to located Wing Hinge
Roller in the lower 1/3 of Guide Slot
Connect loose connection
Change bulb
Repair power source
Replace light module
Repair leak
Increase hydraulic pressure
Repair or replace hydraulic cylinder
Reduce hydraulic fluid flow
Retract transport axle hydraulic cylinder
Note: Make sure that the wing hydraulic
cylinders are completely extended
Repair leak
Bleed air from hydraulic circuit
Repair or replace hydraulic cylinder
Repair tractor valve
Adjust turnbuckle to locate wing hinge
roller in the lower 1/3 of the Guide Slot
