Warning Lamp Installation
NOTE
See Figures 2-20, 2-21, and 2-22 for part placement and
reference.
1. Attach a Red Lamp to both Light Brackets located on
top of the rear frame tube, using 1/4-20 x 1-1/2 Bolts
and Locknuts. Ensure the red lens is rear facing.
2. Attach the LH and RH Warning Lamp Brackets to the
front of the front frame tube approximately 18" from
the inside of the bearing hangers using 5/8-11 U-Bolts
and Flange Locknuts and tighten. See Figure 2-21
or 2-22.
3. Slide a Warning Lamp Bracket into each of the RH
and LH Warning Lamp Brackets. Attach with 1/2-13
U-Bolts and Flange Locknuts. Do not fully tighten at
this time.
4. Attach the Light Module on top of the Light Module
Bracket located on top of the front frame tube, using
1/4-20 x 1-1/2 Bolts and Locknuts.
5. Route the flat end of the 7-Pin harness inside and
through the right side of the Drawbar A-Frame. Plug
into the Light Module. Route the other end along the
drawbar with the hydraulic hoses up to the tractor.
IMPORTANT
Connectors with Green Tape is right side and Yellow
Tape is left side.
6. Layout the Lamp Harness. Note that the cords are
marked left (Yellow Tape) and right (Green Tape).
Attach the harness to the Light Module.
7. Route the 2 prong cords along the left and right top of
the front frame tube and up through the Warning
Lamp Bracket. Ensure 2 prong cord sticks out the slot
opening at the top of the bracket. Plug Amber Lamp
into harness and secure lamp using 1/4-20 x 1-1/2
Bolts and Locknuts
8. Adjust the Warning Lamp Bracket so the Lamp can be
easily seen from the rear of the machine. Tighten
1/2-13 U-Bolt and Flange Locknuts. On the 50' and
52' models the Amber Lamp on the Warning Lamp
Brackets must not be greater that 16" from the folded
wing outer edge. See Figure 2-22.
9. On the 50' and 52' models place an Amber Reflective
Decal on the front side on each Warning Lamp
Bracket. Place a Red Reflective and an Orange Decal
on the rear on each Warning Lamp Bracket. See
Figure 2-22.

10. Route the "Right" 3 prong cord across the top of inner
frame tube to the rear frame, Plug the harness into the
right Red Lamp. Route the "Left" 3 prong cord along
the top of front frame, then across the left inner frame,
Plug the harness into the left Red Lamp.
11. Secure both harnesses with tie straps, making sure to
leave enough slack, where the drawbar meets the
frame, to allow the machine raise and lower. Secure
lamp harness molded union to the top of the front
frame tube using Tie Straps. Bundle and secure any
excess cord with tie wraps.
12. Raise, lower, fold and unfold machine to check for
proper clearance, adjust accordingly.
NOTE
All Harnesses must be firmly attached to the machine
frame members or hydraulic hoses, so they do not sag or
become torn loose by field debris. Use the tie wraps
provided. Check to be sure the Harness is slack enough
so as to not be stretched or interfered with while raising
and lowering of the machine.
