Hydraulic Manifold Installation
1. Lube all O-Ring connections.
2. Fasten Manifold onto Center Frame Bracket with
5/16-18 x 1" Bolts and Lock Washers. See
Figure 2-11.
3. Install all other Hydraulic Fittings.
Flow Control Settings (Factory Set)
1. Remove Flow Control Cap and back-off Jam Nut.
Close off Flow Control by turning Allen Wrench CW
until valve bottoms.
2. For initial setting, Open Flow control by turning Allen
Wrench CCW 1 turn. Tighten nut and reinstall Cap.

Fold Shut-Off
To operate wing fold shut-off circuit:
•To close fold shut-off circuit, loosen Jam Nut, turn
valve CW fully until valve bottoms.
•To open fold shut-off circuit, turn valve CCW fully,
tighten Jam Nut.
