Wing Roller Scrapers - Optional
NOTE
A scraper can be used as a guide to achieve the 1/4" gap.
1. With Rollers on level ground, install Wing Scraper
Mounts to Wing Frame Mounts with 1/2-13 x 1-3/4
Bolts, Flat Washer and Flange Locknuts. Do not
tighten. Flat washers should be under the head of the
bolts. See Figure 2-25.
2. Center Scraper Tube on the Roller Assembly and
attach to each Wing Scraper Mount with 3/8-16
U-Bolt, Scraper and Flange Locknuts.

3. Adjust the Scrapers so that they are centered
between the Notched Wheels along with a 1/4" gap
between the Scraper and Notched Wheels. Tighten
all the Wing Scraper Mount Hardware.
4. Install the rest of the Scrapers onto the Scraper Tube
with 3/8-16 U-Bolts and Flange Locknuts. The
Scrapers should be centered between the Notched
Wheels and have a 1/4" gap between the Scraper and
Notched Wheels.
