Accumulators, releasing pressure

Accumulators,
pressure
The pressure in the accumulators for brake
system, Boom Suspension System and servo
system is released as shown below:
VARNING!
Even if the engine has been stopped,
there Is still an accumulated pressure
in the system. If the system is opened,
without
having
first
pressure, oil under high pressure will
jet out and this could cause injuries.
Even retightening of leaking couplings
and unions should not be done until
the pressure in the system has been
fully released.
Brake system
1 Stop the engine.
2 Depress the brake pedal several times (30-40
times).
Boom Suspension System (BSS)
1 Move the gear selector to neutral.
2 Start the engine and engage the floating
position.
3 Activate the Boom Suspension System and
select gear-dependent function.
4 Move the control lever (lift/lower) forward to the
floating position and wait for 30 seconds.
The engine must be running at low Idling, as
there Is a risk that the machine will be raised
off the ground, If the floating position is not
activated. Because the lever must pass the
lowering
position
to get to the floating
position, the lever must be moved quickly to
the floating position to minimise the lowering
function.
5 Keep control lever in floating position and at the
same time turn off the engine.
6 The accumulators should now be drained and
the Boom Suspension System without pressure.

Servo system

1 Stop the engine.
2 Ignition switch in position 1.
3 Move the control levers forward and backward
several times.
VARNING!
Discarded accumulators must not be
thrown away unless they first have
been taken care of by a workshop and
carefully "punctured".
If a pressurised accumulator Is heated,
there is a risk that it may explode.

:‫ﺳﻴﺴﺘﻢ ﺳﺮوو ﺑﻪ روش زﻳﺮ ﺗﺨﻠﻴﻪ ﻣﻲ ﮔﺮدد‬
،‫ﺣﺘﻲ ﻫﻨﮕﺎﻣﻴﻜﻪ ﻣﻮﺗﻮر ﺧﺎﻣﻮش ﺷـ ـﺪه اﺳـﺖ‬
‫ﻫﻨﻮز ﻓﺸﺎر در ﺳﻴﺴﺘﻢ وﺟ ـ ـﻮد دارد، ﭼﻨﺎﻧﭽـﻪ‬
‫ﺑﺪون ﻛﺎﻫﺶ ﻓﺸﺎر ﺳﻴﺴﺘﻢ، اﺗﺼﺎﻻت آن را ﺑﺎز‬
‫ﻛﻨﻴﺪ، روﻏﻦ ﭘﺮ ﻓﺸﺎر ﺑﻪ ﺑﻴﺮون ﻧﺸﺖ ﻛـ ـﺮده و‬
‫ﺑﺎﻋﺚ ﺻﺪﻣﻪ دﻳﺪﮔﻲ و ﺟﺮاﺣﺖ ﻣﻲ ﺷﻮد. ﺣﺘﻲ‬
‫ﻗﺒﻞ از ﻛﺎﻫﺶ ﻓﺸﺎر ﻧﻴﺰ اﻣﻜﺎن ﻣﺤﻜﻢ ﻛــﺮدن‬
.‫اﺗﺼﺎﻻت ) ﻣﻬﺮه و ﻣﺎﺳﻮره ( وﺟﻮد ﻧﺪارد‬

.‫٢- ﻣﻮﺗﻮر را روﺷﻦ ﻛﺮده و وﺿﻌﻴﺖ ﺷﻨﺎور را ﻓﻌﺎل ﻧﻤﺎﻳﻴﺪ‬
‫٣- ﺳﻴﺴﺘﻢ ﺗﻌﻠﻴﻖ ﺑﻮم را ﻓﻌﺎل ﻛﺮده و ﻋﻤﻠﻜﺮد واﺑﺴــﺘﻪ ﺑـﻪ‬

.‫( را اﻧﺘﺨﺎب ﻧﻤﺎﻳﻴﺪ‬
‫٤- اﻫﺮم ﻛﻨﺘﺮل ) ﺑﺎﻻ و ﭘﺎﻳﻴﻦ ( را ﺑ ـ ـﻪ ﻃـﺮف ﺟﻠـﻮ ﺣﺮﻛـﺖ‬
.‫داده و در وﺿﻌﻴﺖ ﺷﻨﺎور ﻗﺮار دﻫﻴﺪ و ٠٣ ﺛﺎﻧﻴﻪ ﺻﺒﺮ ﻛﻨﻴﺪ‬
‫ﻣﻮﺗﻮر ﺑﺎﻳﺪ در دور آرام ﻛﺎرﻛﻨﺪ زﻳﺮا ﭼﻨﺎﻧﭽﻪ وﺿﻌﻴــﺖ‬
‫ﺷﻨﺎور ﻓﻌﺎل ﻧﺸﺪه ﺑﺎﺷﺪ اﻣﻜﺎن ﺑﻠﻨﺪ ﺷﺪن دﺳــﺘﮕﺎه از‬
‫ﺳﻄﺢ زﻣﻴﻦ وﺟﻮد دارد. ازآﻧﺠﺎﻛــﻪ اﻫـﺮم ﺑﺎﻳﺴـﺘﻲ از‬
‫وﺿﻌﻴﺖ ﭘﺎﻳﻴﻦ آوردن ﺑﻮم ﻋﺒﻮر ﻛـ ـﺮده و ﺑـﻪ وﺿﻌﻴـﺖ‬
‫ﺷﻨﺎور ﺑﺮﺳﺪ ﻟﺬا اﻫﺮم را ﺑﺎﻳﺪ ﺑـ ـﻪ ﺳـﺮﻋﺖ از وﺿﻌﻴـﺖ‬
‫ﭘﺎﻳﻴﻦ آوردن ﺑﻮم ﻋﺒﻮر داد ﺗﺎ اﻳـ ـﻦ ﻋﻤﻠﻜـﺮد ﺑـﻮم ﺑـﻪ‬
‫٥- اﻫﺮم ﻛﻨﺘﺮل را در وﺿﻌﻴﺖ ﺷﻨﺎور ﻧﮕﻪ دارﻳﺪ و ﻫﻤﺰﻣــﺎن‬
‫٦- در اﻳﻦ ﺣﺎﻟﺖ آﻛﻮﻣﻮﻻﺗﻮرﻫﺎ از ﻓﺸــﺎر ﺗﺨﻠﻴـﻪ ﺷـﺪه و در‬
‫ﺳﻴﺴﺘﻢ ﺗﻌﻠﻴﻖ ﺑﻮم دﻳﮕﺮ ﻓﺸﺎر وﺟﻮد ﻧﺪارد‬
.‫١- ﻣﻮﺗﻮر را ﺧﺎﻣﻮش ﻛﻨﻴﺪ‬
.‫٢- ﺳﻮﺋﻴﭻ را در وﺿﻌﻴﺖ ١ ﻗﺮار دﻫﻴﺪ‬
‫٣- اﻫﺮم ﻫﺎي ﻛﻨــﺘﺮل را ﭼﻨﺪﻳـﻦ ﻣﺮﺗﺒـﻪ ﺑـﻪ ﻋﻘـﺐ و ﺟﻠـﻮ‬
‫آﻛﻮﻣﻮﻻﺗﻮرﻫﺎي ﺧﺮاب را دور ﻧﺮﻳﺰﻳــﺪ ﺑﻠﻜـﻪ‬
‫اﺑﺘﺪا آﻧﻬﺎ را در ﻛﺎرﮔﺎه ﻛﺎﻣ ﻼ ﹰ از ﻓﺸﺎر ﺗﺨﻠﻴــﻪ‬
‫ﻧﻤﺎﻳﻴﺪ زﻳﺮا آﻛﻮﻣﻮﻻﺗﻮرﻫﺎﻳﻲ ﻛﻪ داراي ﻓﺸــﺎر‬
