Basic preventive maintenance

Basic preventive
maintenance
For the machine to function
satisfactorily and at lowest
possible cost, a thorough
maintenance is required.
This section of the manual
describes the maintenance
work which the operator can
carry out. If certain
operations require trained
workshop personnel
Special equipment, this will
be indicated.
The intervals recommended
between checks,
changes and lubrication
apply provided that
machine is used
normal environmental and
operating conditions. See
"Lubrication and service
chart", on page 150.
Arrival and Delivery
Inspection
Before the machine leaves
the factory, it is tested and
adjusted.
The dealer must also. if the
warranty is to apply, carry
out "Arrival and delivery
inspections" according
applicable form, which must
be signed.

Delivery Instructions

When handing the machine
over, the dealer must give
the buyer "Delivery
instructions" according to
applicable form, which must
be signed, if the warranty is
to apply.

Service Programmes

Warranty Inspection
Two Warranty Inspections
should be carried out if the
warranties are to apply. The
first within 100 operating
hours and the second at the
latest at 1000 operating
hours.
The carrying out of these
inspections is a condition for
the warranty to apply.
Condition Test
Condition Test is carried out
at authorised dealer
workshops and provides
information about
general condition of the
machine.

‫ﻣﻲ ﺷﻮد، ﻣﻲ ﭘﺮدازد. ﭼﻨﺎﻧﭽﻪ اﻧﺠﺎم ﺑﺮﺧــﻲ‬
‫اﻗﺪاﻣﺎت ﻧﻴﺎز ﺑﻪ اﻓﺮادآﻣــﻮزش دﻳـﺪه داﺷـﺘﻪ‬
‫ﺑﺎﺷﺪ ﺑــﻪ آﻧـﻬﺎ اﺷـﺎره ﺧﻮاﻫﺪﺷـﺪ. ﭼﻨﺎﻧﭽـﻪ‬
‫دﺳﺘﮕﺎه در ﺷﺮاﻳﻂ ﻛﺎري و ﻣﺤﻴﻄ ـ ـﻲ ﻋـﺎدي‬
‫ﺑﻜـﺎر ﮔﺮﻓﺘـﻪ ﺷـﻮد،ﻣـﻲ ﺗـﻮان از " ﺟــﺪول‬
‫روﻏﻨﻜـﺎري و ﺳـﺮوﻳﺲ دﺳـﺘﮕﺎه " ﺻﻔﺤ ـ ــﻪ‬
‫٠٥١ ، ﺟﻬﺖ اﻃﻼع از ﻓﻮاﺻﻞ زﻣﺎﻧﻲ ﺗﻮﺻﻴﻪ‬
‫ﺷــﺪه درﺑﺎزرﺳ ـ ـــﻲ، ﺗﻌﻮﻳـــﺾ روﻏـــﻦ و‬

‫ﺷﻮد. اوﻟﻴﻦ ﺑﺎزرﺳﻲ در ﻣﺪت ٠٠١ ﺳﺎﻋﺖ و‬
‫دوﻣﻴـﻦ ﺑﺎزرﺳـﻲ در ﻣـﺪت ٠٠٠١ ﺳ ـ ــﺎﻋﺖ‬
.‫ﻛﺎرﻛﺮد دﺳﺘﮕﺎه اﻧﺠﺎم ﻣﻲ ﺷﻮد‬
‫اﻧﺠﺎم اﻳﻦ ﺑﺎزرﺳﻲ ﻫﺎ ﺑــﺎ ﺗﻮﺟـﻪ ﺑـﻪ ﺷـﺮاﻳﻂ‬
