Leveling the Mower Deck

1. Park the machine on a flat level surface and disengage the PTO. Stop the engine, wait for all moving parts to
stop, and remove the key.
2. Disconnect the battery terminals.
3. Check to ensure that all tires are properly inflated and adjust as necessary.
4. Position the mower deck in the transport position.
5. Carefully rotate the blades so that they are parallel to the rear of the deck (Figure 15).
