Servicing the Kohler Engine (Cont.)
Changing the Engine Oil and Oil Filter
Service Interval: Every 100 hours/Yearly (whichever comes first). Change the engine oil and oil filter more often
in dirty or dusty conditions.
1. Park the machine on a level surface, disengage the PTO, stop the engine, engage the parking brake, and
remove the key.
2. Drain the engine oil (Figure 17).
