6 I/0 CONFIGURATION 6.1 INPUT CONFIGURATION
SIMPLE ACTION INPUT CONFIGURATION (ONE ELEMENT ASSIGNMENT)
To assign breaker status input 52B to a digital input, select 52B status from the I/O configuration selection list. The OR
checkbox must not be selected.
The simplest way of programming an input is to assign it to a single element. For this purpose, the user must simply open
the I/O configuration selection list of the desired input. Once opened, all possible configuration functions will be shown,
and the user will then be able to select one of them.
To invert the selected function, the user must click on the NOT checkbox, to the right of the functions menu.

In the example above, Input 2 has been programmed as 52B, inverted.
In case the user wants to program more than one function for each input, then an OR must be selected, as in the example
regarding input configuration with more than one element (OR).
