Setting Up a Service User Account

A user account should be set up during installation to provide Micromeritics service personnel
access to system functions if a service call is required.
To set up a service account:
1. Click the Users tab to display the User dialog.
2. Click

3. Enter a Windows User ID to be used by service personnel in the User Name field.
4. Enter
Service
5. Enter a temporary password a service representative can enter to access the application in
the Password field. When a service representative enters this password, he will be
prompted to change it.
The password must contain a minimum of six alphanumeric characters.
6. Click Developer for Access level.
