a. Open the regulator shut-off valve.

b. Open the gas bottle shut-off valve and flow gas for 10 to 30 seconds.

c. Close the gas bottle shut-off valve.

Connecting the Gas to the Instrument

Be sure the gas bottle is closed before connecting the gas line to

the instrument.

The instructions below show how to attach the analysis gas to the instrument. Repeat the steps,

using the He port, to attach Helium to the instrument.

1. Loosen, then remove the plug from the port.

2. Insert the gas line into the port and hand-tighten the connector nut.
