Description
Service Box (3G): The status code should be 1 or 5 to have a suc-
cessful connection established.
Possible values:
• 1: Home network
• 2: Searching registration
• 3: Registration denied
• 4: unknown registration
• 5: Roaming
• 100: Not applicable
• 101: Registration in progress
• other: error connection
Network Service Box: Modem Disabled

• 0 means no error
• other: modem error

6 Troubleshooting
Note
This antenna is larger than the standard Control-
ler top mounted antenna and has a mounting
bracket. The antenna has a better reception and
can be wall mounted at any convenient indoor
upright position
In case the GPRS reception with the standard
antenna is insufficient. Available are 10 meter
extension cables for antennas mounted at larger
distance from the Controller. A maximum of two
extension cables are recommended (a total
length of 20 meters)
