Limitations
The remote access is not possible if it is required to discover the IP address through
a broadcast to the remote device. In such a scenario, the local IP address of the
remote device should be entered manually in the tool which needs to be connected
to the remote device. For example, to connect a Robot Controller to the remote
device for the first time you need to set the IP address of the service port
(192.168.125.1) in RobotStudio. See RobotStudio View
