For Controller with RobotWare >= 5.12,it is possible to verify the availability of the
Remote Access option through FlexPendant or RobotStudio on the Service Box
page on System Information.

To enable the Remote Access option in Service Box:

and verify in features that Enable Remote Access through the Service Box
is selected.

Support through Robdesk.
1 Connect to the Service Box in Config mode.
2 Click User Setup.
3 Select Modify Features.
