7 - MAINTENANCE OF INSTALLATION

SOFTWARE UPDATE
This page is accessible in the menu Maintenance
Welding to improve the power source functions. The user must chose the file on the USB key then launch loading by pressing on the transfer button.
The software version of every part of the installation can be identified in the page: Software identification.
With every new version of software will be supplied a table of compatibility between the various software versions. We
recommend you to update the software with a compatible version under risk of losing internal data of the power source.
We recommend you to make an installation backup before any software update.
Do not touch the power supply or the USB key during the update, of having to restart completely the operation.
COUNTERS
This page contains several counters allowing simplifying the maintenance of wear parts and consumables management. Every counter is associated to a
threshold - tunable or not - if the associated counter goes over the threshold value, a warning is reported to the user requiring acknowledgment.

Once the maintenance action is done, the user can reset the concerned counter, and possibly adjust the threshold.
FAULTS HISTORY
This page displays the faults history of the power source, and for each default, the context of its occurrence.
The default log can be exported on an external storage medium.
FACTORY RESET AND INSTALLATION BACKUP
The factory reset function allows the user resetting all or a part of the internal data of the power source at the leaving factory state.
Several reset levels exist:
- reset of the power source configuration
- reset of the users list
- reset of the installation
The user must choose the reset level then restart the installation. Re-boot your machine to make the settings effective.
