6 - DETAILED INSTALLATION

6.1. GONFIGURATION OF COOLING UNIT

The MIG welding torch is connected to the front of the wire feeder, after ensuring it has been properly outfitted with the wear parts corresponding to the
wire used for welding. Refer to the torch instructions.
If you use a water-cooled torch, make sure to connect your cooling unit to the rear of the power source, as well as to the water harness. Then, make sure
the torch is correctly selected:
In the menu: Configuration > Installation > Cooling system, set the value associated to the parameter: 'cooling selection'
With = Automatic functioning
Without = Stopped functioning to use an air-cooled torch
Always ON = Continuous functioning since start up of the power source.
Water fault: Activate or not the water warning of the cooling unit in function of the presence of the relevant captor.
Tm inhibition of water fault (s): Inhibition timing before activating a water fault added to the 12 seconds which are counted down by default after the start-
up of the cooling unit. Fault input level: Reverse the sense of warning detection of the cooling unit (to be adapted to most of the existing unit)
Inhibition default water time:
By default, the water default event trigger happens 12 seconds after the start of the cooling unit.
The inhibition of water default time adds a delay of 0 to 50 seconds to the 12 seconds set by default
