MIG 4T PROGRAMS MANAGEMENT
MIG 4T Program list is a particular case of the program list in which the programs MIG 4T are chainable during welding because they are compatible:
same synergy (metal, wire diameter and gas).
MIG 4T Program lists allow optimizing complex welds by adapting every specific operating condition of the cordon to a particular welding program. The
transition can be done without stopping the welding, as in automatic N1, improving the productivity.
The welder passes from one program to another during the welding step by a short pressing on the trigger (Trigger short clicking time defined in
Configuration > Installation > Cycle). A long press causes the welding to stop or the downslope to start like a normal 4T mode. The transitory steps (hot
start /craterfiller) are managed as in a normal 4T mode.
Cycle 4T with fainting mode with trigger calling of the program during welding and downslope phase:
The first program of the list can be freely chosen among the existing programs. The adding of a program into the list is limited to the existing and
compatible programs, those which can be enchained with the first program during welding.
PROGRAM LISTS MANAGEMENT
The program list allows gathering in a single list of a group of welding programs.
Using examples
Complex pieces: For occasional or regular welds requiring different welding processes, wire diameters and other parameters, the neccessary
programs can be grouped into a list and be easily accessible.
Welding Procedure Specification: The necessary programs can be grouped into a list to respect the procedure.
User management: User's access can be restricted to the programs of the selected list.
