Software Overview

Running a test on an MTS Landmark load frame system typically requires the use of the following two
MTS software programs:
MTS FlexTest (Series 793) Controller Software
Operators primarily use MTS FlexTest controller software to set up the station for testing. While there
are a number of applications that are part of MTS FlexTest software, this manual focuses on using the
Station Manager application to set limits, display sensor data, and move the actuator for specimen
installation.
MTS Multipurpose (MP) Express Application
The MTS Multipurpose Express application is a light version of the MTS Multipurpose Elite application
and is designed specifically for test operators. Operators primarily use MTS TestSuite MP Express to
run tests and generate reports.
