Extended-fault codes
n : A sum of some of the following numbers when the extended-
faults are present.

0 : No extended-fault reported , ( transmitted when last
extended-fault clears, or on request with the 'e?'
identifier if no extended-faults are present).

1 : FAULT 01

2 : FAULT 02

4 : Reserved for future development.

8 : FAULT 03

16 : FAULT: Phase value out of limits.

32 : FAULT 05

64 : CAUTION: Date/time not set up.

128 : Overdue for performance check.

256 : Request for performance check.

512 : Inverse-detect must be deselected.

1024 : Timer must be gated for this option.

2048 : FAULT: Pack sensor blocked.

4096 : CAUTION: Pack sensor not selected.
