If an Error message appears on the LCD after you attempt to make a system change, examine the
Resource Command Handler (RCH) log files via the Administrative Web Portal (AWP) pages, to
determine the cause of the error. You may need to adjust the level of logging and/or reproduce the
error message to view it in the log files.
The Log Files page is available for MiVoice Office 250 systems, however, the RCH log file applies
to Base Servers only.
To view the RCH log files:
1. Open a Web browser and navigate to the MiVoice Office 250 Administrative Web Portal pages.
The Enter Network Password dialog box appears.
2. Type your User Name and Password in the text boxes and click OK. The Home page appears.
3. If you are currently viewing the Web pages for the Processing Server, click Switch to Base
Server.
4. Click the Logging navigation tab. The Log Files page appears.
Look under the System Resource Application heading.
5. Click the link to the RCH log file to open it and view the contents. Messages from the LCD
