1. General
A. This task gives procedures to install the ADS-B Fail Indicator.
B. There is one ADS-B Fail Indicator installed on the lower left instrument panel.
2. Job Set-Up
SUBTASK AMM-34-50-26-041-921-1
A. Make sure the aircraft and Fail Indicator (disassembled) are in the same configuration as
it was when the removal task was completed. Refer to
Fail Indicator - Removal
3. Procedure

A. Install the ADS-B Fail Indicator as follows:
(1) Insert the back of the switch body
through the bracket
positioned up.
(2) From behind the mounting bracket
body

and sliding it forward against the mounting bracket
(3) From the front of the switch body
screws

in the base of the body. Tighten the two screws
Mounting Hardware pulls the mounting sleeve
Torque screws to 18-25 ounce.in.
(4) Replace the switch cap
push the cap
(5) Align keyways and push electrical connector
until it clicks.
B. Position bracket

panel and align screw holes.
C. Attach bracket

18-23 lbf.in.
