3.7 Open-Q 820 / 820Pro µSOM
The µSOM provides the basic common set of features with minimal integration efforts for
end users.
It contains the following:
• Snapdragon™ APQ8096 or APQ8096SG main application processor
• LPDDR4 up to 1866MHz 3GB or 4GB RAM (POP)
• PMI8996 + PM8996 – PMIC for Peripheral LDOs, Boost Regulators
• QCA6174 Atheros Wi-Fi + BT combo chip over PCIe, UART, PCM
• 32 GB UFS 2.0.
• WGR7640 RF Front End
