Lamp Socket Replacement

1. Unplug the Logic+
2. Remove the dress panel as noted in Figure 6-1
3. Remove the fluorescent lamps from the sockets.
4. To replace a socket, insert a small straight bladed screwdriver into the socket
near the lamp wire, as shown in Figure 7-1.
5. Press the wire into the new socket.
6. Reassemble the unit.

Optional Ultraviolet Lamp

Lamp Identification

All Logic+s use a single 30-Watt germicidal lamp. The lamp information is shown
below. The code of the lamp part number is as follows:
G30T8
G = germicidal lamp
30 = the lamp Wattage
T8 = the lamp mounting configuration

UV lamp Specifications

 For all models, the UV lamp number is G30T8. The Labconco part number
is 1271300.
 For all 115/230 VAC models, the ballast assembly is Labconco part
number 3829901. The ballast is Robertson part number
PSM2GPH18MVW.
 For all 100 VAC models, the ballast assembly is Labconco part number
3830600. The ballast is Robertson part number RSO1GPH30100.
