If the Control System is having difficulty connecting to ELAS, a trouble message is displayed. The following table
summarizes the trouble messages for this case.

In this case, check that the Control System's Internet Options are correctly programmed. If you still experience
problems, the IP Protocol and GPRS settings must be checked.
To check the IP Protocol and GPRS/LAN settings:
1.
For GPRS settings, open the system housing and make sure a SIM Card with GPRS support is on the
GPRS module.
2.
Close the Housing and enter your Installer code.
3.
Enter [95112] (Programming, Communications, Accounts, Account 1, Protocol). If the setting is
correct, you will see IP Protocol.
4.
Exit this menu and Enter [95113] (Programming, Communications, Accounts, Account 1, Interface). If
the setting is correct, you will see GPRS or LAN, respectively.
Caution: When using a SIM card with a PIN code, the installer has to make sure that the PIN code
programmed in the Control System is the same as the SIM card's PIN code – see p. 72
Code.
