Field Description
Name The name of the person associated
with this entry.
Number The telephone number, IP address, or
host name associated with this entry.
Last Call The date and time of the last call to
this number.
Call Count The number of times this number has
been called.
One Key The one-digit speed dial number
assigned to this entry.
6. Press the End key to exit the Information screen
and return to the Home screen.

Setting the telephone alert

The PTC-1800 can be configured to ring and/or vibrate
when it receives an incoming call. Follow the
instructions below to specify how you want to be
notified.
1. At the Home screen, press the SK1 key. The
Main Menu displays (see Figure 6).
2. Press the Down arrow key until Settings is
highlighted.
3. Press the Send key. Ring should be highlighted.
4. Press the Send key. The Alert screen displays
(see Figure 12).
