you do not wish to assign a speed
dial number to this entry.
Repeat the steps of this procedure if
you wish to add additional entries to
the PTC-1800' s telephone directory.

11. Press the SK1 key to move to the blank field
below the number options.
12. Press the SK2 key to select the numeric mode; 12
displays in the top right-hand corner of the
display.
13. Type the telephone number, host name, or IP
address of the person you are adding to the
telephone directory.
14. Press the SK1 key twice to highlight the Next
button.
15. Press the SK2 key. The third telephone directory
screen displays (see Figure 9)

16. Press the Down arrow key to select the speed dial
number you would like to assign to this person in
your telephone directory.
17. Press the SK1 key twice to highlight the Done
button.
18. Press the Send key.
