Setting up
This section provides instructions for setting up the
PTC-1800's telephone.

Creating/modifying the telephone directory

You can create a telephone directory to access easily
the telephone numbers of people you call frequently.
Each directory entry, which is stored in the PTC-1800,
contains the person's first and last name as well as
his/her telephone number, IP address, E.164 address,
or host name. You can also assign a one-digit speed
dial number to up to ten directory entries.
