Indicates the status of the call on
Line 1. Options include: Idle,
Dialing, Call Offer (incoming
call), Call Rejected, Answering,
Active/Hold/Mute, Terminating.
Indicates the length (in hours,
minutes, and seconds) of the call
on Line 1 (e.g., 0:00:00).
The first line of the top group box
shows the name of the caller on
Line 1.
The second line of the top group
box shows the telephone number,
IP address, E.164 address, or
host name of the call on Line 2.
Displays information about the
caller on Line 1 (e.g., dept.
name).
