PTC-1800 Product Reference Guide

Overview

The telephone application uses voice-over-IP
technology to allow users to send and receive
telephone calls via the PTC-1800 to/from the following
devices:
Other PTC-1800s on the same wireless LAN,
Other H.323 devices on the same wireless LAN,
Any off-link H.323 Gateway telephony device (e.g.,
POTS, H.321, H.324) via an AirTalk Gateway.

Features

The telephone application provides the following
features:
Initiates and receives telephone calls using the
ITU H.323 voice-over-IP protocols,
Supports the creation of a personal telephone
directory,
Provides three telephone call lists: dialed calls,
received calls, and missed calls,
Supports one-key speed dialing,
Supports a manually initiated keylock to prevent
accidental activation of the PTC-1800's keys.
