Connecting a ferrite bead to the AC or vehicle adapter To comply with Federal Communications Commission (FCC) Part 15, Class B regulations, a ferrite bead must be connected to the PTC-1800's AC or vehicle adapter before the adapter is used. A ferrite bead is shipped with the PTC-1800. Follow the instructions below to attach it properly.

You can create a telephone directory to access easily the telephone numbers of people you call frequently. Each directory entry, which is stored in the PTC-1800, contains the person's first and last name as well as his/her telephone number, IP address, E.164 address, or host name.
