3. Wrap some masking tape around the boom and
the lower handle. This will hold the boom onto
the anti-rotation cap screw.

5. Install the upper handle with the six (6) screws.
To aid in the installation of the upper handle, lu-
bricate the isolator with soap and water.

Torque the screws to 20-25 in-lb (2.2-2.8 N-m).
Cut the tape and remove it from the lower handle.
