Remove Air Filter
1. Remove the three (3) screws securing the air filter
cover. Remove the air filter cover ).
NOTE: The choke lever should be in the "PARTIAL"

position to remove and install the air filter cover.
2. Remove the air filter element from the air filter
base
.
The element is held in place by eight (8)
pins.
Remove Air Filter Base, Primer Bulb And
Carburetor
1. Remove the three
(3)
screws securing the air filter
base, primer bulb and carburetor to the carbure-
tor mount insulator ).
